Prof Chin Jing Jih
MBBS, FRCP, FAMS (Geriatric Med)

Prof Chin Jing Jih is the Founding Director and Advisor of the Institute of Geriatrics and Active Ageing (IGA), and Senior Consultant at the Department of Geriatric Medicine, Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). He is the Deputy Group CEO (Clinical & Academic Development) at NHG Health. An educator and thought leader in medical ethics, he holds academic appointments at NTU, NUS, and the NUS Centre for Biomedical Ethics. Prof Chin plays a key role in national healthcare policy, currently chairing the MOH Healthcare Ethics Capability Committee and serving on multiple ethics, advisory, and disciplinary panels. His contributions span clinical, professional, and research ethics, reflecting a deep commitment to upholding excellence in Singapore’s healthcare system.​

Adj Asst Prof Mark Chan Peng Chew

Adj Asst Prof Mark Chan is the Chairman of the Medical Board at the NHG Population Health, and Senior Consultant in the Department of Geriatric Medicine, TTSH. He has his subspecialty interest in dementia and cognitive disorders in the elderly. He is involved in medical education and has appointment of Assistant Professor in the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine National University Singapore, member of the Geriatric Medicine Residency Advisory Committee and core faculty for Geriatric Medicine Residency program in the National Healthcare Group (NHG). He is a Council member of the Dover Park Hospice.

Dr Tan Huei Nuo
MBBS, MRCP, FAMS

Dr Tan is the Chair of the Sustainable Ageing & Geriatric Excellence (SAGE) Academic Clinical Programme (ACP)​, and Senior Consultant at the Department of Geriatric Medicine, TTSH. She is the Clinical Lead for the Frailty Ready Hospital Care Workstream under Community Health and is also the Chairperson for the TTSH Drugs & Therapeutics Committee in Tan Tock Seng Hospital. In the area of medical education, she has appointment as Adjunct Assistant Professsor at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, National Technoloigcal University (NTU) and as Clinical Senior Lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University Hospital (NUS). She is also a Core Faculty of the National Healthcare Group Geriatric Medicine Senior Residency Programme and is a member of the Residency Advisory Committee for Geriatric Medicine. Her subspecialty interest is in chronic pain management in the older adults and she has completed her Masters in Medicine (Pain Management), University of Sydney in 2016.​

Dr Tan Kok Leong

Dr Tan is the Head of Department, Family Physician and Senior Consultant at the Department of Continuing and Community Care, TTSH. His interests are in the areas of post-discharge care and working alongside with community partners in the (w)holistic management of the patients in the community. As the Clinical Lead for the Transitional & Community Care work-stream for Community Health, he assists in planning and implementation works to achieve the physical, mental, and social well-being of the residents in the Central Zone. He is also involved in the Post-Graduate trainings and teachings in Family Medicine and Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine.
